GALTYMORE MEDIA ANNOUNCES PRODUCTION AND FINANCING JOINT VENTURE.

Galtymore Media CEO, Denis Donovan announced today the establishment of new a joint venture with Huntington Beach's Burrud Productions, Inc.

Under the terms of this new arrangement, Burrud will provide production services and co-financing for any new shows, which Galtymore Media creates, and licenses to either cable or terrestrial broadcasters.

Burrud Productions President, John Burrud and Galtymore Media CEO, Denis Donovan will share Executive Producer duties on all joint ventures.

In announcing the deal, Mr. Donovan had nothing but praise for Mr. Burrud and his company, citing a long-term relationship where Mr. Burrud's company would often distribute programs created and produced by Mr. Donovan.

This is a logical next step, Donovan said.

LONG TIME INDUSTRY VET ANNOUNCES NEW COMPANY.

Denis Donovan, a former partner in OF LIKE MIND PRODUCTIONS, announced today the formation of a new company, GALTYMORE MEDIA, to produce non-fiction programming for cable and terrestrial television.

The new company will headquarter in Anaheim, California, a short commute from Mr. Donovan's home in Yorba Linda.

Mr. Donovan to date has created over thirty hours of programming including such cable favorites as Hostile Planet, Atlantis In The Andes, Men In Black: Species Exposed, and the Prophecy programs: Oracles and Revelations, Prophecies and Predictions and The Millennium and Beyond.

His Archeological Series Pilot THEY WON'T BE SILENT: The Ancients Reveal Themselves, and mob documentary, BADA BING: Tony Soprano's New Jersey are slated to begin production in late February with Summer 2002 estimated airdates on the Travel Channel.
